This project is currently at the City review & approval stage and we expect to start construction in a few months. This is going to be over 6,100 square feet modern style house with 5 bedrooms, an office, and a large loft, large great room with bifold doors opening to the backyard and California room with seamless floor transition and panoramic views to the Hills, and a roof-top cabana with 360o unobstructed view. Guests are invited to explore our Virtual Reality tours and models here and walk through our Augmented Reality model at the site.
