To overcome the challenges of the traditional approach to building and delivering homes and truly address and surpass home buyers’ expectations, we take the following steps in our projects:

We join forces with highly qualified and experienced local real estate professionals who have a good knowledge of the current and future market and demographics. Our partnership with the real estate professionals starts from the very beginning of a project and continues long after, into future projects.

We use 3-D CAD modeling, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and 3-D visualization for design, value engineering, and constructibility review, as well as communicating the project features with our team, from the inception until and after the completion. Together with our project team, we use virtual / augmented reality technologies to walk-through the house, virtually in the office and physically at the site, to make sure we see what we get and we get what we see. Keeping in mind that as the project progresses, making changes becomes more difficult or impossible, out team takes an extensive amount of time and effort to review, evaluate, and re-evaluate project plans at the early stages of the project to avoid difficult and cost-prohibitive changes down the road.

We implement creative partnership mechanisms, facilitating end-users’ involvement and commitment in the project at the early stages of the project. This allows the buyers join the project team and provide input to customize the project per their specific needs. Clearly, the sooner the buyers join, the more customization opportunity they can have.
